For the past 5 years Linda has acted as her twin sister’s full-time caretaker after she was diagnosed with advanced non-alcoholic liver disease and dementia. Linda worked tirelessly to care for her sister, Brenda, who was recently placed in a nursing home due to her advancing medical needs. Thank you Linda for showing my mother such great generosity, care, and love. You truly are an every day hero.

Janette has been named an Everyday Hero by her son Chris because of her uncanny ability to turn rainy days into opportunities for growth and connection. She is Chris’s light in the darkness and the warmth on his face when the Sun is shining. You are loved and appreciated Janette.
