Positive Psychology: A Short Poem

Positive Psychology, a field of great gain, encourages us to embrace positivity, to let go of our pain,

It focuses on what’s good, what’s right, and what’s true, and helps us to find a path that is holy new.

Why should we care about this idea so grand? For teaches us to take control and understand,

Our thoughts, our feelings, our actions, each day, and to create a better life in every way.

It pulls us away from negativity and distress to cultivate a mindful and grateful mindset, you truly express,

We gain knowledge, and new habits, and we grow each day, achieving happiness, and reaching our goals with no delay.

Positive Psychology is a beacon of hope, inspiring us to cope and to learn and write poems that are so dope. So why not give it a try, to see what you can gain, and create a meaningful life, with joy that will sustain.
